Step 1 · We reply within 1 working dayScoping callWe talk through your brands, sites, repair areas and timing, and what you want the data to support.
Step 2Capture scopeTogether we define what is recorded, in which bays and on which jobs, and how it is anonymised.
Step 3Written proposalScope, deliverables, duration, programme lead and pricing, including a clause on how the anonymised data is used.
Step 4AgreementThe programme agreement is concluded with AutoMPS LLP, with scope, milestones and data use written in.
Step 5Equip & startTeam lead appointed, kit in place, your floor team briefed, and the first jobs done and documented.
