Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced project manager whose role will be focused on end-to-end project management, stakeholder management, manpower solutions, resource allocation, collaboration with the offshore recruitment team, and risk management.
This role is pivotal in expanding the client base and ensuring the growth of the company in the highly specialized automotive industry, requiring a candidate with a strong affinity for automotive practices and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector. Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Execute projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Monitor and control project activities to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Manpower Solutions:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce requirements and challenges in the automotive industry.
- Devise innovative solutions to address manpower needs, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain skilled automotive professionals.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and client expectations.
- Collaboration with the Offshore Recruitment Team:
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with the offshore recruitment team.
- Coordinate seamlessly to ensure a unified approach to recruitment and project objectives.
- Leverage offshore resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Resource Allocation:
- Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel and technology, to meet project objectives.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
- Anticipate and mitigate resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Proactively address issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the automotive industry or related manpower solutions.
- Strong understanding of human resource management and workforce planning.
- Strong understanding of the Benelux automotive market and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel within the Benelux region.
